General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bd333 platform and all services connected to it. By accessing the bd333 platform or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any condition, please refrain from using the platform.

Some important definitions used in these Terms are given below:

• "Platform" — bd333's website, mobile application and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has created a registered account on bd333.
• "Account Balance" — the amount of real money held in a user's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — the amount received through promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document will be considered final.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on bd333, you must meet the following requirements:

2.2 Registration Process

A working mobile number must be provided when creating an account, to which an OTP will be sent. Verification of the mobile number is mandatory to complete registration. bd333 reserves the right to cancel any account created using false or someone else's information.

Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your bd333 account password and login details completely confidential. You will be directly responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• If using a public or shared device, make sure to log out each time.
• If you notice any unusual activity, contact bd333 support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

bd333 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access, unless it is proven that this was directly caused by a fault in the platform.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on bd333 are handled through secure and verified payment methods.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only a payment account registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Standard processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bd333 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each offer has its own applicable conditions. It is mandatory to read the relevant terms before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To claim this bonus, wagering requirements must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making a total balance of ৳2,000. To make the bonus withdrawable, wagering of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

• bd333 Weekly Reload Festival: 30% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18 times, minimum deposit ৳300.
• bd333 Cricket Fever Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20 times, applicable on deposits intended for sports betting.
• Saturday Slots Blast: 40% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 25 times, applicable every Saturday and Sunday.
• Birthday Special Reward: up to ৳1,500, wagering 10 times, once per birthday month.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: up to ৳2,000, wagering 12 times, for each verified friend successfully referred.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus is not cash — it can only be withdrawn after wagering requirements have been completed.
• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
• If a withdrawal is made before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bd333 reserves the right to investigate the account.

Gaming Rules

The bd333 platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed when the game is launched.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable. In the event of any dispute over a game result, the server log records will be considered final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical fault, bd333 reserves the right to establish the correct result.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum betting limit, which can be seen in the game interface. Maximum payout limits apply in sports betting depending on the market. If unusual betting activity is detected, bd333 reserves the right to restrict the amount of any bet.

6.3 Disconnection

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game result is saved on the server and can be viewed after reconnecting. bd333 is not liable for problems caused by internet connectivity issues.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd333 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Making deposits using a third party's funds.
• Bonus abuse: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts for a single purpose.
• Attempting to influence game results using software or technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
• Collusion or fraudulent activity against other users.
• Attempting to interfere with or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Registering by concealing personal information or providing false details.

Account Suspension and Closure

bd333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any violation of these Terms is detected.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is proven.
• If an order is received from a court or government authority.

If a user wishes to close their account of their own accord, they may apply through the support channel. Before closure, all pending bets must be settled and any withdrawable balance must be withdrawn.

Limitation of Liability

bd333 strives to provide uninterrupted service on its platform, but is not liable for the following:

• Internet connectivity issues or faults with the user's device.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary outages due to unexpected technical issues or maintenance.
• Losses arising from negligent disclosure of account credentials.

bd333 reserves the right to correct any amount paid out incorrectly due to a technical error.
